Terms and conditions are valid from 01.05.2025

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1

These standard conditions establish the basic conditions for waste management services (hereinafter Services) provided by Veosprinter OÜ or a person authorized by them (hereinafter Handler) to the waste holder (hereinafter Client) (hereinafter General Terms).

1.2

The Agreement may be concluded by accepting the Agreement terms in writing. The Agreement may be amended by accepting the Agreement amendments in writing. In case the Parties have agreed in the Agreement on conditions contrary to the General Terms, the provisions set forth in the Agreement shall prevail.

1.3

These General Terms for the provision of waste management services determine the conditions for handling waste generated during construction and demolition work; bulky waste; household waste (waste generated in domestic households); and garden waste.

1.4

In addition to these General Terms of Service, relations between the Client and Veosprinter are regulated by the Sales Terms and the price list.

2. PROVISION OF SERVICE

2.1

The Handler provides Services to the Client in accordance with the procedure set out in the General Terms and Sales Terms and for the fee set out in the Price List.

2.2

The Handler installs the waste container(s) rented from them at the time specified in the order and at the indicated location(s) and begins servicing the waste containers from the date specified in the order confirmation.

2.3

The Client ensures the preservation, maintenance and security of the waste container(s) rented from the Handler.

2.4

The Client ensures the Handler's unobstructed access to the location of the waste containers, including ensuring the opening of locked gates, allowing waste trucks to access the waste containers via a paved road, keeping the access road clean, free of snow and ice in winter, and ensuring that dogs do not have the opportunity to attack the Handler's employees. The width of the access road must be at least 4 m and the free height above the road at least 6 m.

2.5

The Client may place in the waste container only those types of waste that have been agreed upon with the Handler.

2.6

The Handler organizes the emptying of waste containers according to the time indicated in the order confirmation, generally within 1 (one) working day or upon order-based emptying after receiving notice from the Client about the filling of the waste container, unless the Client and Handler agree otherwise.

2.7

In waste handling, possession and ownership of waste transfers to the Handler from the moment of emptying the waste containers by the Handler, except in case of violation of point 3.1 of the General Terms, in which case the waste containers are not emptied and the Client remains the waste holder.

3. WASTE HANDLING

3.1

The following are prohibited from being placed in containers:

  • fire and explosion hazardous waste;
  • liquid waste;
  • hazardous waste;
  • toilet waste;
  • sediments from collection wells;
  • waste requiring special handling;
  • substances and objects that may endanger the Handler's employees;
  • substances and objects that due to their weight, dimensions, shape or other reasons may damage waste containers;
  • ash whose temperature exceeds 30°C.

3.2

The total mass of waste containers is limited by the maximum permitted weight of waste containers.

3.3

The maximum volume of waste containers is limited by the upper edge of the container - the container must not be filled higher than its upper edge.

3.4

In case the Client places unsorted construction waste or other sorted waste types than previously agreed with the Handler into waste containers ordered for collecting pre-sorted construction waste, all waste placed in the waste container is treated as unsorted construction waste. In such case, mixed construction waste price list is applied to the client.

4. PRICE LIST AND ITS AMENDMENT

4.1

The Handler's service Price List is an integral part of service provision. The Agreement may provide for prices different from the price list.

4.2

The Handler has the right to unilaterally amend the price list for the purpose of ensuring the efficiency and competitiveness of its activities. Changes and additions to the price list come into force from the moment the said information appears on the Handler's website. If the Client submitted their order before the price list changes came into force, the Price List valid at the time of order submission applies to the Client. In the presence of an Agreement, the Handler notifies the Client of changes to be made in the price list at least thirty (30) days before the change comes into force, unless the Client and Handler agree otherwise.

5. PAYMENT PROCEDURE FOR THE SERVICE

5.1

The Handler works on a prepayment basis and takes the order into work when 100% of the order value has been received. The sales contract is considered concluded from the moment the payment is received in the Handler's settlement account. If payment has not been received by the time the order is fulfilled, it is considered that the client wishes to cancel the order and the order is cancelled. Orders from contractual clients are taken into work from the moment the order is received. For more details about payment terms and other conditions, see Sales Terms.

5.2

The Handler has the right to require advance payment when concluding the Agreement and ordering waste management service, the amount of which is agreed upon in the Agreement.

The Parties are liable for the actions or inactions of all persons (including their employees, officials and subcontractors) whom they use to fulfill their obligations.

6.3

The Parties are liable for breach of their obligations regardless of whether the breach occurred due to the fault of the Party or their close associates (family members, guests, etc.) or other similar persons.

6.4

In case of loss or damage of the Handler's waste containers, the Client undertakes to compensate for their cost.

6.5

The Client is obligated to compensate for additional costs caused by non-fulfillment of their obligations (additional costs arising from change in waste type, additional cost due to container overweight, cost of prohibited waste, issuing repeated invoices, removal of waste containers, reloading, repair and cleaning, empty run costs).

7. SUSPENSION OF SERVICE PROVISION

7.1

The Agreement may be amended only by written agreement signed by representatives of the Handler and the Client.

7.2

The Handler has the right to suspend service provision in case of violation of points 2.3-2.5; 3.1-3.3 of these terms, in which case the Client is obligated, despite the suspension of service provision, to pay the Handler for the waste truck's trip to and from the location of collection facilities (Empty Run) and/or for actually provided service according to the Handler's valid price list and the invoice issued by the Handler.

7.3

If the Client has exceeded the invoice payment deadline, the Handler has the right to suspend service provision without prior notice until the overdue invoices are paid. During the service suspension period, the Client undertakes to pay rent for waste containers according to invoices issued based on the Handler's price list.
